★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ta Zhiang is definitely the go to place for cheap and decent costume accessories. You will find hairbands, hairclips, scarves, wigs and jewellery of many varieties - plain, colourful, wild, loud, and several others.
There are umbrellas sold here too. Strangely, there are several strollers placed all throughout the stores premises, making it quite inconvenient to look around and shop.
All in all, although this is called a 'cosmetics shop', I don't think Ta Zhiang fits accurately in this description. There are other everyday items sold here too.
