★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 Avene products from Watsons IMM but they were not suitable. As I was near Watsons West Mall, I took them there instead for exchange. The Avene sales lady was very pleasant and assisted me in finding the right product for me and help me in my return. I would like to commend the helpful sales lady for her professionalism and excellent sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice big enough store where I get some of my supplies from, also has a lot of worthy promotions to enjoy. The staff there, especially got one lady temp staff (I couldn't remember her name but her name tag indicated temp staff), she is good and friendly, knows the store promotions and a lot of details well, she will think for the customers for their benefits like if they have missed any points and any near miss of achieving the requirement of the promotions to enjoy it. Would like to send praise to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought $80 of products on the 20th of Dec to complete the Xmas card which entitled me to a $30 cash voucher. Was told that the store had ran out of the vouchers and they will get from other outlets. Staff was friendly and took down my number and say will call me when the voucher arrive. Nobody called and when I visited West Mall on the 25th, I dropped by the outlet to check and the same staff simply told me they cannot get from other outlets. Attitude totally different, don’t bother to call once we purchased and left. Although it’s just a $30 voucher, felt so cheated and feeling was that they never from the start intend to get the voucher from other outlets at all. Won’t be visiting Watson again after this experience, and will be warning all my relatives and friends about their after sales customer service.
