While the customer service has been very responsive, which I am appreciative of; however, in the course of the 5 months' of usage, there has been at least 4 instances of connection issues, of which some spanned across days. From my view point, this is not acceptable for a GPS device, which is meant to provide peace-of-mind if my pet is lost. I ended up monitoring the device everyday because of the unreliability of the device, and regrettably signed up for a 1 year subscription package. I would suggest future users if signing up for a subscription package after the initial trial, to opt for a shorter period to trial the device. For avoidance of doubt that it is a device-specific issue, I had in fact exchanged the device for another one after the initial issue, and the second device similarly had issues.
I	Iris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Tack to track my kids daily life to ensure their safety. To school, to cram school and train them to go home ( by bus ) by themselves. All of those area are my safe zones. All I want is to make sure they arrive the right place. ? Until now, I am quite satisfied with its design except the notification and detailed location accuracy. But after I surveyed all the products in the market and understand it's design logic behind. I think there is always a trade-off for everything ( compare to its price and battery life ) To be honest, I don't need to charge it everyday and it actually helps me. : ) ( Its my pain points to charge every day. ) I will recommend it for parents who wants to protect their children and train them to have responsibilities and independency. : )
N	N T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the longest batteries life for such a small device. That is THE winning feature for me. I last charged mine 18 days ago and it is still having 60% charge. All this while running on Active mode setting! I have 2 GPS trackers of other brand. For 1, the batteries does not last beyond 3 days. Once, my parents' dog got lost and I switched to emergency tracking mode, just to see the batteries running down fast. Anxiety! The other chunky tracker could last more that 20 days, but at more than 350g it is so heavy. So I am really amazed how Tack could managed such good performance. Besides, the build quality is also impressive and the setting up is straight forward. I am really glad to be using this product and would highly recommend it.
