★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elebest is the only place that could solve my GPS map issue. Any other vendor has claimed they could but after to and fro many times with them, my gps problem still not solve. Worst I have encountered one particular vendor who has wasted 2 full petrol tanks and scratched my rims and still left the problem unsolved. EleBest's boss Max is someone truly knowledgeable about his profession, patience and serve his customers with true sincerity. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop stuff apparently rude when I asked about my BMW infotainment issue. Max overcharges the price as compared to other similar shops such as SingTrade Innovasia. May void warranty as most products used are refurbished parts imported from China. Engage this shop's services at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I got a very strange issue on my G16: navigation rebooting endless. went to a few workshops including my dealer workshop, wasted almost one month. A few BMW friends recommend me to Max, his stuff connected one cable to my car, and Max works from home, amazingly, 5 min, problem solved. Definitely 5 start workshop! highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded my Merc W212 infotainment head unit @ Elebest. Max is responsive and usually answers my questions quite promptly. As i am not very technically inclined, some of my questions may come across not very intelligent, but Max would answer them with some good level of details, so I got educated to what I was buying. I encountered some issues after the installation, but Max continued to keep in contact and, without going into details, the issue was addressed adequately by Max, who to his credit, did not try to shirk from the issue and was quite open with me. I appreciate this very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did maps for my mercedes with them. Because of that they screwed up my vehicle's 4G and Internet systems. Expect me to pay 300 to fix the issue. Don't do any services with them they will try to spoil the good parts of your car to go back to them again. Really disappointed with their con services. Especially Max doing this kind of tactics to cheat your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited them today to make a new car remote key because my existing one is faulty. Good experience, even though the waiting time is a bit long. The price is much lower than what other asked for. They replaced my old remote key with a new key that is much better, while repaired my faulty remote key with no extra cost. So now I got two keys now with a much lower price. Exellence experience.
Cons: The shop is not easy to find.

By the way, they solved my 4G on my X247. Brilliant !
