Used to have various painful experiences under my dentist friend who has years of experience and owns a dental chain. Saw one of the reviews for Miss Chua, I think to myself "why not try someone else" and so I booked an appointment with her. Turn out I did have a less painful experience. Will try again

Dentist and receptionist are friendly. Tools are not outdated. Dentist is patient and professional, and identified a real issue, explained and instructed to protect. There are more than a dentist. Overall experience is amazing and recommended to go.

Excellent and professional services performed by Dr Chua. My first time had my teeths cleaned by her and surprised by the way of how she cleaned them. She was gentle and I don't really feel the pain from my sensitive teeths. As compared to my previous dentist, she is definitely way better and more detailed because she explained patiently to me what I should do and don't to maintain good teeths. She puts in effort and patient to me and will not rush through the processs. It definitely worth the short waiting time to receive quality services from her. Strongly recommended readers here to use their services and especially from Dr Chua. I will recommend to my family and friends too. By they way, they are affordable too!??

I was attended to by the receptionist promptly be it for registration or payment. Dr Lee is very skilful. The whole procedure was done professionally and I had no fear as I was attended to by a skilful dentist. I would give them.a thumbs up anytime.

Been to this clinic 1 week ago, I was diagnosed with tooth decay n need extraction. Horribly I experienced 2 times of 6 jabs as first attempt jab on wrong positions tooth and anesthesia failed. I went through horrible pain and 1 week later after medication I still experienced pain. Please think twice to visit this clinic which what I have suffered.

Went to this clinic for decayed wisdom tooth extraction and I was pregnant 22 weeks. Dr didn't do a x-ray, took a photo with his phone. The anaesthesia injected at many places but when he asked whether is my lower lip numb basically had no numbness. But went ahead to try to extract. It was a painful procedure so I started screaming in pain (normally my pain threshold is high). Suddenly the Dr got irritated because it was pass Dr's clinic operating hours, he already halfway cut my gums he started stitching and he told me me "can't do the procedure since u are in pain". I've been to another dentist and I've removed wisdom tooth but the anaesthesia was better. He sent me home without, MC to cover, no extra gauze to bite on, no painkiller. I had to go back to clinic to request for a 1 day MC for the next day. Once I leave the clinic, they pulled the shutter down and closed the clinic. This is my WORST experience whereby a procedure is done halfway. Totally will not recommend going to this clinic. Next day I had to go to another clinic to sort out what the Dr did half-past six.
