I wanted to buy a new set of 12 packages and wonder if the shop can replace me the two mould packages. Unfortunately, the helper is not friendly, straight away said cannot replace without charge. It's buyer's problem for not consumed it fast. He said they do not have returned policy. It's buyer's problem. He said herbs have to store in the fridge. Their herbs also never store in the fridge. Thats the reason mould grown because of moist. A very rude and unprofessional worker.
