★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, my youtiao was stained with shampoo bubbles from stall owner's hand, not edible, ended up throwing away, money wasted, not hygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a franchise with many outlets all over Singapore. For this particular stall, the youtiao is fried well, with the right balance of saltiness as well as good texture of crispy and chewy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't respect it much after I saw the stall holder clearing his throat and spitting on the floor within the stall ! You can say I just ate my last you tiao from this stall !

Beancurd - very rough texture. Tasted as if it was kept for a few days. Threw all 4 packets away.
Soy Bean Drink - kept in fridge overnight and it somehow curdled up. Threw it out.
Butterfly - Dough very tough and had this weird after taste. Threw it out.
Ham Ching Peng - the only decent item and I finished it.
Never going back.
