★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite department store. The staffs were usually helpful but when I visited recently, they weren't helpful when I asked on something about the product and wasn't eager to explain.
The department store covers half of ngee ann building from B2 to 4th Floor. B2 is mostly good, B1 home and kitchen stuffs, first and second story, branded stores and Ladies stuffs, third would be men and travel, and fourth is kids and sport stuffs.
