โ โ โ โ โ Not open early for lunch, opens at 12pm, no earlier. Not open early for dinner, opens at 6pm, no earlier. Closes at 3pm, but refuses customers/orders before that. So basically you have a 2.5h window to enjoy this for either lunch and dinner.
I have no idea what the food tastes like, but the only explanation for a 5h work day for this restaurant has to be that its food is 5 stars. So 5 stars! (by deduction)

โ โ โ โ โ Nice food. Wu La and Sam Suan soup both very nice. If you are small eater do ask for less Mian Xian or share with love one.
Please take note that Restaurant at Bishan only open at 12 p.m

โ โ โ โ โ Good and fast service from the staff (Uncle Roy and Team). The soup is nice and tasty. There is no msg in the soup. The food is tasty, will return to eat again.

โ โ โ โ โ To be very honest, I had higher expectations. The food appearance was not very appetizing and while I understand they are trying to be different by serving in a rectangular bowl, I think the mode presentation in this case worked against them. Had the charred pepper and spices soup with mild spicy level but I found the flavour to be lacking depth. While overall it tasted ok, it didnโt compel me to finish the soup. The pork was tender though and the cuttlefish balls were not too bad and given in generous portions. The iced milk tea tasted ok while alleviating the warm temperature in the restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been thinking of @tamjaisamgor.sg 's Tu Fei Chicken Wings (ๅๅช้ธก็ฟ
) ! The wings are really HOU SEK as the wings are marinated with special spices, crispy on the outside and tender inside! And the main lead was the delactable bowl of tomato soup Mixian (you can also request for the level of spiciness with 10 levels to choose from) from my last visit!
2 New Stores added in Sg recently (Junction 8 and Lot One Shopper's Mall) YAY!!
Imagine how popular it is in Hong Kong! The most recognised chain of restaurants (with 70 over stores ?) and named Bib Gourmand restaurant in the Michelin Guide for 3 consecutive years!
Don't forget the milk tea!

โ โ โ โ โ Sadly, I have to deduct 3 stars from this branch.
When we enquired for more info about peanut and allergens on one of the side dish, the waiter has little knowledge about it and just walked away without providing us with a proper answer. He could have easily get another crew to answer us. -1 star.
When our foods are all here, they had not gave us chopsticks, till we requested for it after 3 mins. -1 star.
The food is tasteless and bland, compared to their other branch. -1 star.
Will look forward for more improvement before I come back for more noodles here.

โ โ โ โ โ Very close to the one from Hong Kong. Delicious, large portions and reasonably priced. Queue can get quite long but moves pretty quickly. Queued for about 15 mins on Friday dinner time. Service was quick and good. Pay by credit card only (if Iโm not wrong).

โ โ โ โ โ Itโs final. Iโm not a bad fan of any mala-ish or spicy noodles. It seems to be a ploy to deceive how nice food should be without attacking the gustatory senses however the tomato soup base was good coupled with beef. Else, the hack is just to order the noodles without the set. The ๅๅช้ธก็ฟ
