★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accomodation for workers. Has a coffeeshop and provision shop inside opened to public. Very near whole stretch of religious temples along Tampines Road. Has bus stops nearby. Nearest food court is at Giant Hypermart, IKEA and Courts @ Tampines Retail Park. Very limited parking space at this busy road. Nearby is a newly built Singapore Funeral Parlour. PUB Tampines NEWater service reservoir ( big mushroom shaped water tower tanks) is a landmark nearby

Damaged doors
Damaged locks
Water is spraying if one person using the bathroom and toilet.
Very low kitchen space
No AIRCONDITIONING
Cart is not strong and not safe.
It's like a Jail.
Nobody can live here happily.
Many people are struggling here...
