β β β β β 5/5 service from the friendly staff (with one who professes to be very handsome ?) who are also attentive. 4/5 for the coffee as I chose the premium version which tastes a bit acidic, not exactly my cup of tea (pun intended). Overall still a 5/5 and I will return to try the espresso version.

β β β β β First time visiting this coffee chain at the Raffles place branch, we ordered the satay, ayam bali, rendang, cold brew and hot coffee. As a fellow Indonesian I've got to say I am very happy with the standard of the food and beverages. The food was delicious, the meat was very tender and juicy, very tasty as well. Satay tasted like home, the sambal was spicy yet not overpowering. The coffee was above my expectations as well, could taste the aromatic flavour with a decent balance of sweetness and acidity.
10/10 would recommend everyone to give it a try and personally would come down again. Love the vibe and service! Good job!

β β β β β Change Alley is an iconic historical place for me having seen the real old Change Alley when I was young. This coffee place gives me a good place for me to rest and recall my childhood. The scones and mocha were good too.

β β β β β I would say the service is excellent which I would rate 5 stars. However, as indonesian who lives in Singapore and love gorengan plus bubur ayam jakarta, the food is disappointing. Bubur ayam jakarta looked delicious but too much seasoning and you tiao was hard too eat (not sure it was re-fried or something). Gorengan both tempe and singkong had really no taste despite they served it with kecap manis but mostly this is not how we eat. Mainly the tempe itself too old since there are a lot of pieces turned dark or black and nothing like the picture in the menu. Sad. Had been excited to try real gorengan from indonesia but itβs nothing like it. Price is not affordable.

β β β β β This is a nice surprise find after heading back to the office! Enjoyed the coffee and the attentive service! The coffee was smooth, non-acidic and it was strong coffee, which I very much love! Looking forward to the next visit to try the food!

β β β β β Friendly staff on a Saturday morning with warm and cheerful greetings and friendly chat. Ordered the Americano, the premium coffee that tastes fruity and sour. Staff said the standard one has more chocolate taste. I may try that on my next visit.
Music is relaxing and aircon is cool enough indoor. Coffee was served at my desk. A staff came by to ask how was the coffee. Great service, well managed crew, great job!
My Americano is 4 out of 5 as I don't fancy sour coffee. The place and service is 5 out of 5.

β β β β β Thereβs quite a few coffee places at CIMB plaza like 9oz, and also this, tanamerca, with a theme for red colours. Thereβs seating indoors but on the day we came which was a lunchtime hours as well, seating was full. In the end we had takeaway
Coffee is strong and I liked the taste
I notice they also have a food menu and also do pastries, will try that another time
