super affordable yet delicious vegetarian mixed rice!!!! All the side dishes I ordered were fantastic! the curry vegetables were on the sweeter side which was kinda odd, but still retained the fragrant curry flavour (v distinct coconut taste tho, maybe a bit too strong) the meicai was absolutely delicious, good mix of salty and sour w lotus root in it! ordered 2 ‘meat’ dishes, not rly sure what they were but they were both very delicious and tasted different. One was akin to sweet and sour pork, while the other one was coated in a sweet sauce that was slightly charred and caramelised, giving it an additional depth of flavour! The wholegrain rice was very fluffy too! All this for $3.80, cheap and delicious, i’m definitely coming back again! The popiah ($1.50) was rather enjoyable too! The bangkwang was very tasty :-)

Not the most tasty vegetarian food you can find in this foos centre. However, this stall is one of the older stalls. Simple is the word and they do serve snacks for sharing like popiah and fried carrot cakes. Personally i like the curry vegetable there... not sure why but its a bit sourish and thats what attracts me to this stall.

I love their claypot noodles the most, with its generous ingredients simmered in a rich broth with a dense umami fragrance that lingers on after the meal. I also enjoyed the sweet and spicy rojak, the smooth texture and bold flavour of the char kway teow, as well as the smoky fragrance of the hor fun. The food seems better at night than during the day.

Order fried kueh teow mee and fried carrot cake.. Fried carrot cake is normal, nothing special.. But the fried kuey teow mee tasted the same as carrot cake which is disappointing.. portion is generous tho..

Very fast cook, can get my order very fast. Stall open at 9am until 2am everyday. I'd recommend poh piah (spring roll ) and black carrot cake.

The stall sells many types of veg dishes like fried kway teow, carrot cake, popiah, side dishes, etc. The chef cooks upon order, but surprisingly the service is still fast and friendly.

Best affordable vegetarian tonic soup and popiah in Singapore. Established since 1976, you literally can eat history here. Nice people Nice food. Traditional not for everyone but for those who are stunch supporters, this place doesn't disappoint. Come support la.
