★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered their signtaure dry noodles through grabfood. Noodles are packed nicely with fried wanton and green chilli separate from the noodles. Noodles has a nice texture and goes well with the sauce. I love the mix of steamed wanton, dumpling, fried wanton and char siew. Simply love their noodles and will definitely buy from this stall again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great taste for the pork lard noodles and dumpling. The only letdown for me is the lean meat char siew. I would prefer a tad more fat in the char siew. However considering the price, I believed that they have already push as far as the price can go! It is also worth mentioning that their non spicy noodle goes well with the prickled green chilli! Do try it if you are around the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan of pork slices dyed in bright red claiming to be char siew. However, I think this is the signature style of wanton noodles under the name ‘Tanjong Rhu’, whether they are branches/franchises/copycats of the original. So I ate with an open mind and the ‘char siew’ was actually soft and tender, with a tad of sweetness. The noodles were springy and without any strong alkaline taste. Wanton was OK but seasoned with too much pepper. Chilli was fragrant but not too spicy. Portion was reasonable for the price ($3.50) - three boiled and one fried wanton, good amount char siew and vegetables. Sellers were extremely polite and hygenic and accepted e-payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good. Springy noodles, Chili is tangy, wanton although small but delicious and comes to 5-6 pieces (didn’t count, but not the usual 2-piece wanton. Also comes with one piece of fried wanton which is crispy and juicy. I finished the entire bowl of soup. I think they used Ikan bilis to make the soup. All for $3.80.
