Comes with concierge and offers Smart Home technology for all units. It's also close to a range of amenities / schools. Pemi, the Group Leader, is great to talk to and knows her work very well.

Located minutes away from UWC and Temasek Polytechnic.
Visitors can only enter the condo premises only when the owner is in. The security is very responsible maintaining this ensuring safety and security on this point.
