★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinevale is a very relaxing place to stay in with good facilities and securities. The place is well maintained, clean and quiet for people to mingle. They also take great care for the residents. I feel comfortable being in Pinevale. Thank you for the job well done in making my stay pleasant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houses are much bigger than new launches. As there is no balcony, it has more indoor areas. Lots of carpark lots. Environment is clean. Guard and cleaners are friendly and helpful. But need to point out the security is not very tight. Gym is a bit small but usually not crowded. 1 small pool for kids and the bigger one is probably 50m pool.
