Poor customers who are requesting for any enquiry. Very rude behavior who are attending the calls. They are not even worth to get 1 star but no option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and poor customer service. I arrived at 12pm. I asked for help and the shop assistant just walk off, mumbling "its lunch time". This is what you get, at Tat Eng Hardware. Go try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loadsa bolts screws nuts in quite a few materials, steel 304, 316.
Not so much tools but ask if they have or can get.
I find that one can end up waiting around for service and watch out for queue jumpers. Mostly commercial contractors go here, but they do cater to the smaller buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are existing customer for 5 years with consistent orders , due to change of admin, we have order 3 boxes of self tapered screws wrongly.
Despite calling and emailing them for a exchange of items ,we were rejected, valued at approx $700.
We are extremely disappointed and would like to feedback to the management which no contacts can be found on line.
