Terrible, HORRIBLE service!!! We signed with them early last year and told them to come in and do up our home lift since August 2021. Which they gave their word and promised to complete by November 2021. IT’S NOW THE MIDDLE OF MARCH 2022 and guess what? OUR LIFT’S STILL NOT DONE! The boss Lionel has gotten to the point he’s not even picking up our calls. And still keeps playing the disappearing act! Is this the right way to do business?!?! He promises to send people down to do the lift but on the day or the night before these people are due to come down, he gives very terrible excuses, from “my team is all down with covid (if he only used it once we’ll probably have bought it. But he did it so many times) “my men have to do PCR and I forgot about it”, “oh I forgot! I scheduled them to do something else”, the list goes on and on. And he’s still OWING US THE LIFT INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SINCE TWO WEEKS AGO. He promised to give it to us 2 FRIDAYS AGO. The frustration is huge because our place is already ready for shifting in. and everything has been delayed because of him and yet we still can’t find him. He rejects our calls too, or just let it ring through. I’m appalled at how this company treats their clients and does business. It feels more like a scam than anything else. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS VENDOR FOR YOUR HOME LIFTS!!! Actually please don’t think, just avoid this company for your own sake. I would give them zero stars. But I have to indicate 1 star to even post this for all the unaware to see and avoid. Please do not put yourself through this torture.
