Don't want to give any stars all time. Ignore candidates after seeing candidates profile and block candidates number. What kind of agency is that, is that a way to treat people like that no manner at all. Don't ever go to.this agency. I want to make a complaint.

worse company!! starting staff was still friendly bt after the contract, they won't bother to reply or call bk when u wanted to ask them abt your salary!! call them they will either nt pick up or just nt bother to reply when they saw your call n msg.

Received good feedback about their employees and the owner - Ben Chew. Future potential consultants should consider exploring and working for TBC. When i visited their office, their staffs were down to earth and friendly! Candidates and Clients - the fact that TBC have been around for more than a decade, it is a strong testament to their dedication, hard work and also successes.

Confirm with which COMPANY and your AREA OF JOB SCOPE WITH AGENT before going to their office to sign the agreement form. It's my first time and definitely be my last time sourcing TBC recruitment agent for temporary job applications. I was recruited via An agent from TBC HR department via FastJobs application on mobile. She gotten back to me with fast responsiveness and was very efficient in handling my recruitment, offering help and instructions to go down the office to sign the agreement form. However, details of the company of whom I'm working for and my area of job scope were only divulged on the day upon walking into TBC. She was very friendly and had the utmost patience in handling me and giving me instructions of how to scan the time sheet to her via email and she will offer help to submit my timesheets for me. Upon my first day of work, the area of job scope totally defers from the job I'm seeking for, job scopes are totally irrelevant to what the position being said on the agreement form. Therefore, I have given notice to my agent to terminate the agreement via Whatsapp. It was only until the next day that she showed response prior to my notice to her and seeking for guide on the processes. Later which, an email was sent by her with instructions to submit the time sheets online by myself which I have no idea how to as I'm new to the system. Speaking of where she said she will initiate to offer help for submission of time sheets. The agent was utterly inconsistent in her professionalism services. The level of friendliness and willingness to help disgustingly changes greatly upon my notice to terminate the agreement. TBC will never ever be my choice for jobs again.

Poor experience with this recruitment agency. Consultant was only helpful in locating and providing several job offers, but not professional. Does not even understand the difference between two jobs that is under same industry but with different duties and expectations. Seemed more desperate to get clients to help go for job offers so as to meet hiring companies' needs and quickly gain commission, rather than helping them to find what is suitable. After again and again reminding what kind of job I am looking for, actually replied and said will not provide any other offers.
