★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Do not ever buy from TCL. Blindly took my TV for more than 3 weeks supposedly to repair the blinking screen, but only to realise I did not purchase from them therefore they cannot repair for me. When right at the beginning I already notify them where and when i purchase, and even show proof of where I purchase from before they took the TV back to repair. Even after they realise they made a mistake, the staff Jia Rui was not even apologetic. Ridiculous, wasted almost a month of my time when I can just get a new tv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My TCL 54in curved Tv lasted only about 5 yrs. As this brand is quite good compared prices of other leading brands. So on 16.4.22 i bought another 55 inch flat TCL tv fom giant at SSCentre. Salesman told me to add $80 for installation. Too much. I already have a bracket and the delivery men just have to mount the tv on the wall. Even then i have to discard the faulty tcl tv myself
He then told me to install myself if i dont pay. I guess i have to find ways to install it. This not a good strategy, unprofessional and will lose a lot of sales.
