Reasonable service. Very difficult to find price information on their website. To help everyone here have a rough gauge on the price - I had a sprained ankle. Did consultation and acupuncture, with 4 days worth of medicine for $123. edit: Feeling much better after 2 days!

The pain in the back and lower abdomen has been bothering me. My friend introduced me to visit Dr. Li. After several sessions of treatments with whole set of medicine, acupuncture and cupping got obvious progress. The doctor is truly professional, very patient and friendly. Very worthy and highly recommended.

My husband and I are very grateful for all that Dr Li had done for us. We began our consultation with her to get into better health while trying to conceive. Within just a short span of a few months, our frequent consultations and treatments with her had paid off! We saw our health improve with each follow-up treatment. For me, her treatments also helped to alleviate pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness, lack of appetite, and constipation. We strongly recommend Dr Li’s services - she is very patient, dedicated and meticulous, and we are very happy to have sought treatment with her.

I was dissapointed with the charges mainly. I was charged $125 for acupuncture with heat and cupping plus 3 days TCM meds. The doctor ask me to come again 3 days later, which I did n given same treatment with 4 days TCM meds n was charged $130. Again i was asked to go again in 4 days times. Hahaha, is it daytime robbery. My subsequent visit means every 1 week i m charged $250 . Good decision not to go again

Had a bad experience in Yishun brunch with Dr.Guan. she did acupuncture for me, however keep asking me purchase medicine which I don't want. After put the needles when leaving me alone in the room,I asked call bell,but she didn't give me and also never come in and ask how I feel during the treatment period.i end up with palpation and shortness of breath. I'm so scared.

Was always struggling with lower back problems from my sport, went to polyclinic and the doctor just prescribed me with painkillers and said its nothing much. However, my back pain had been bothering me for very long so I decided to try out TCM. After a series of acupuncture, cupping and Chinese medicine, the back surprisingly doesn't hurt anymore! You really have to be patient though, you may not feel the results at the very start of the treatment process but I guarantee that with Dr. Li's professionalism and experience, you will start seeing results a few sessions later!

After visiting numerous professional TCM practitioners, Dr Li Rui has lifted up to her standards and well-known experiences for her various treatment. During the months of treatments, she had promoted my recovery with regularly extensive diagnostics and treatments (e.g. medicine varies towards my conditions from each visit), and advices. With the effective treatments to recovery, the cost of each visit is relatively reasonable through the comparison of other TCM clinics which I had visited. Glad to find a good TCM doctor in this neighbourhood.

Prior to seeing Dr Li, I have been suffering from persistent urinary tract infection and taken many different antibiotics prescribed by Western specialist consultant, none of which worked. After seeing Dr Li and going through an entire month of medications and acupuncture, my symptoms have improved so much that I don't even feel the need to review with my consultant specialist. I saw many feedback regarding the high cost of seeing Dr Li. Honestly, I really don't understand the complaints.. For me, she is like the senior consultant of Chinese medicine. If my western specialist consultant can charge me $180 per visit for consultation, $200 for ultrasound, $80 for 1 week antibiotics, total $460 for less than 10mins.. and yet I don't feel much improvement. And the antibiotics only harm my health each time I take it. For TCM, it takes longer to see the effect but I can feel that my overall health has improved significantly. Dr Li doesn't just treat the symptoms, she also ensures that your body is strong enough to minimize future problems (like strengthen the stomach, improve digestion etc).. I can't recommend Dr Li highly enough. Although I hope it doesn't get too crowded such that I cant get the appointment timeslot that I want..
