C	Charmaine Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy my drinks from this bbt store and discovered them via burpple. However their service is horrible, hence the one star. When I suggested to change my topping to a cheaper one, i was told to pay $0.60 extra as toppings were apparently not included in the 1-1. This was confusing as I wasn’t aware about the topping charge and my previous visits using the app, I didn’t have to pay for the toppings. Before i suggested the change, the final price did not include the topping. It is not about the price but how the staff handled the situation. Instead of listening to my confusion, she cut me off and just kept saying that toppings are not included loudly and repeatedly. I get it, but it would be great if the staff apologised for making the mistake in the first place before forcing the additional charge down my throat. NOTE that their physical menu price is not updated which creates even more confusion as I am merely just following whatever pricing the staff is giving me .
D	Daphne Tok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bbt was alright and fruity boba were a new experience but service was the worst at any bbt store i’ve ever been to. the fruity bubble looked colourful in the self order kiosk thus i was expecting a colourful boba in my green milk tea. however, it came out white/yellowish looking so i confirmed with the staff who served me if it was fruity boba. she replied very curtly with a “ya?” and gave me a very judgemental look, and completely humiliated me. extremely rude and bad service. bbt was quite expensive too, 5.1$ for a medium bubble tea with pearls, and they were popping pearls (not what i expected). i hope the owner would put the actual representation of the boba, instead of misleading customers and getting this same disappointing experience again.

S	SPX SP357 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really the best bubble tea in sg. They have a good range of flavours and can tell their teas are carefully brewed. Reasonably priced too! I love the osmanthus - and pearls! Don’t think there are better pearls elsewhere.

I enjoyed the pearls which were super chewy and fragrant, as well their super soft tea jelly! their apple cider red tea was also super refreshing, and a great drink to help combat that food coma! I ordered mine 0% sugar with tea jelly, and it was sufficiently sweet I liked the shop owner too, she was really passionate about her craft and was very willing to spend time to explain her different drinks to us ?
蓝	蓝伊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem of a bbt store. Love their milk tea and grapfruit green tea. Just 25% sugar and it’s sweet and refreshing enough. Their pearls are the best!

Okay price range. Mango gt nice. Ordered delivery, the seal leaked a bit but still ok. 2nd time came in good condition. BS fresh milk with cheese mousse is quite thick & buttery for me, maybe as a meal substitute haha quite filling.
