Pearl's are hard! Should be overnight pearl's and the brown sugar taste aren't strong enough overall disappointed!

ordered the - y3 boba grape yogurt / pearl/ 25% sugar ..love the grape yogurt taste, but there's tooooo much pearl bruh .. took a look inside n it was filled to the brim! pls reduce it or half it.. i ordered this drink to drink more yogurt n not have a meal of pearl. n also you should add in more ice, since the drink was fast to melt n become watery. make it so that it's more like a yogurt ice frenzy drink uk, with moderate amount of pearls. -y4 boba mango yogurt / 25% sugar love the fresh mango taste.. i believe you guys don't use artificial flavors/syrups.. which is a plus point when using fresh fruits uk. i also had a bit of pearl in my drink, which i didn't ask for .. so maybe don't rush and make the order properly ig.. i already had too much pearl from the grape drink above...soooo yah. :).. n probs crush up ur ice more finely.. there's still quite a bit of ice that r chunky enough for me to bite into.. so ... yoooooo why does my mango drink have pearls?? i didn't even ask for it ... seriously. n pls don't use table sugar .. i'd recommend like those milk cream or something else .. thnks ! so far .. kinda dissapointed since the yogurt is sweet n fresh with the fruits but the pearls r too much n after a while it gets bland n in the picture below u can see my mango yogurt order which have no pearls .. but there's pearls inside ..

Ordered their milk tea series to try (Epic & normal with taro toppings). Disappointed with their taro toppings as it was not taro, rather seems like it’s just normal tapioca pearls with food coloring… even took out the “taro” to try on its own to check and it does not taste anything like taro (for comparison - people who had taro toppings from KOI would know). Milk tea by itself was so-so as well, but probably will not pay the current price for the quality…

Got the super chestnut snow which was very unique and taste really good. The mango yogurt was really good too. Has a premium quality taste to it ??????. Friendly staff ??????.

Ordered the Oolong fruit tea and was very pleasantly surprised. Completely didn't expect it to contain actual fruit slices of watermelon, honeydew, passionfruit pulp, mango, lime, calamansi slice and even a strawberry. Felt more like a fruit cup than tea drink though...... Was a bit sad cos I was thirsty and would've preferred more tea than fruit. The tea itself was fragrant, pearls were nicely cooked. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back to try the other items when in the area.
