★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High tea service was bad. Waited for an hour for food to be served. Very obviously under staff. Need to keep waving hands for drink and keep asking when the food will be served. Not going back again. Food wise is ok. But definitely not the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came on 21 November afternoon for high tea and the service was awful. One young Chinese waitress with very short hair had a very cold attitude. She is unfriendly and very cold despite not being busy at all. A waitress should usually ask for my preferred payment method but she didn’t ask me. She had zero greetings for us when we came and didn’t thank us when we left as well. She did not make us feel welcomed and as if we were annoying her. If she does not like this job, she could simply quit and not let out her frustration at innocent customers. This was the most unpleasant dining experience i had so far thanks to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The signature chicken pie is full of chicken meat, not over creamy and oily. Love it.
Curry puff not too spicy with generous of filling.
Overall the food are better than average.
With eatigo 40% off, it costs about 30 dollars for the high tea set.
Customer service is nice and friendly. (Read some reviews about the poor customer service. For us, we didn't encounter.)
