★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my lemon meringue tart and chocolate tart at raffles place outlet to go. I ate the chocolate but accidentally dropped my lemon meringue on the ground. I feel very upset as I ℒℴѵℯ their lemon meringues. So I went back to the outlet to see if it can be replaced for free with the dropped tart still in the paper bag. I mean I didn't expect anything to be done, but the staff could have been more patient and explain that its not the company's policy to replace the tart. Instead, she said it's a take out and it's not her problem and if I want I can purchase another. I mean with that attitude, I'm just not feeling it. I hope the company can go the extra mile for such a request and customers will appreciate it. It's not as if I am trying to get a free tart for nothing. This really ruin the mood for lunch. Hope the management can look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. The raspberry tart was absolutely delicious and didn’t last long on the plate! Very easy to drop in and grab a quick, tasty bite and all the staff were super friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tarts, however, you would be lucky to receive it. Bought and paid for 3 items for takeaway. Trusting the waitress to pack the pastries, I did not open the box to check to see if everything was inside. My mistake.
When I got home, I found out that the box only contained 2 items out of the 3. Unfortunately, I paid for all 3 items.
I have emailed Paul for help, but so far no response. Needless to say, I'll not be patronising Paul again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience and cozy place to have a late lunch. If you have some time to waste, this is a place to be. The sausage is a little bit salty though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very warm and friendly staff. Automatically offered warm or col water before placing any order. Ordered the tandoori chicken sandwich with a soft and lightly sweet bread. Tender and not dry. Tasty and not with too much spice. Salad is very fresh. I love this outlet... very comfortable and definitely observing the social distance guideline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got takeaway for the chocolate hazelnut slice and the strawberry tart. We loved that the tart wasn't too sweet and the strawberries were large and juicy. The only drawback was that the chocolate hazelnut slice was too small! Will visit again!

Legitimately the best restaurant around Raffle Place. Doesn’t matter what I get I end up liking it. My partner and I have been eating here for a while now. They make varieties of all-day- breakfast and probably the best pastries I’ve ever had.

BEST DEAL EVER love their fish and chips ???????? and of course, their pastries is a must!!! it’s never ending & so so so delish! ?? U CAN CHOOSE ANY PASTRY IT WILL JUST TASTE GOOD // little hack, pastries will be discounted after a certain time ~5/6pm++
