★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My HP printer's power supply failed to work and Alvin diagnosed and replaced the power supply module for me. His service is very fast, sent in at 3.00pm, 5.00pm ready for collection, and it was on the second day of CNY too. He also shared some tips about the many features of the wireless HP printer that I overlooked and recommended a good quality replacement colour ink cartridges as well.
I will definitely come back to him if I have any issues with my printer in the future. His location is also within a few kms from my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Extremely happy customer. Tech Laser called me back off a missed call late in the afternoon. In fact I was on a call and they called me twice. Kindly offered to take a look at the printer same day, to see if they could fix quickly. Mrs Kong came down and met me at the loading bay with a trolley. Mr Kong took a look immediately, and was able to fix the problem then and there. Lots of care and cleaning of the printer. Expert knowledge to run all the tests and interpret the results. No up selling. Lots of advice on how to look after the printer in future. Two parts replaced with three month warranty. Very experienced, friendly and helpful. I totally recommend. Thank you very much!
