My company just got a refurbished machine directly from TTS COPIER. We are very pleased with the condition of the machine. The account manager that serve us was very professional and detailed with our business operation. Training to our staff was also very patience. Advise on how to use certain feature from the machine have also help us to cut cost and accountability of the print usage.
Definitely will recommend TTS COPIER.

I must say that since Esther Tan left TTS Copier Int'l, your services left with her.
I am totally disappointed. Earlier this week, we cannot print and I called your company - someone arranged for team viewer to troubleshoot. However, the gentleman was not able to do so on the first day. I cannot be using team viewer to do troubleshooting because I am not well versed with the technicality.
On the 2nd day, the same thing happened. I requested that Prince helped me but Prince was busy. I must say that I have no problems with asking Prince because he is good at his work.
I am not sure if Prince was given the message to call me but I will reiterate again that I am disappointed that when your best sales person left the company, your service left with her.
