★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some parts from this store. Service is 10/10. Guy who attended to me took the time to explain everything to me and even took the initiative to approach me when I was standing outside the store.
Prices are firm though without any room for nego but apart from that, great store to procure from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Be Quiet case from them. The side glass panel shattered when i was just placing it back on the case. I made sure there was no protruding part nor did i drop it. But it just shattered. Clearly it was a manufacturing fault. I email to Be Quiet HQ and the first thing they said was to apologize and offer how to resolve the issue. But guess what the seller said to me when they heard of this? It isn't their problem. Go find the distributor. Didn't even offer any apology at all. This will be the last time i'm buying anything from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just want to share my story how i almost got scammed. i was looking for a case and came upon this store. they claimed to have this case i wanted in stock and they have 8 left. one employee came back with the case but luckily the box has a hole (to help you carry the case easier) so i could feel what's inside. it was the case but without plastic wrapper. i suspect they are selling renewed items
i went to makefine instead and the case they sold has a plastic wrapper and in new condition.
EDIT: owner said they don't deal renewed items. i would like his explanation on that particular case that wasn't wrapped with plastic. i immediately left your store after finding out about that. disappointing
