Network failure suddenly and despite many tried attempts still had no resolution. Thankfully was recommended Ridhwan services had the system and hardware issue resolved. The whole process was fussfree and professional with great follow-up.

Called TechGuide to set up a new PC. And also I tried to switch on my old PC to retrieve my old photos, but the PC is not working anymore. Consulted Ridhwan for 1 laptop issue. But instead, got 2 laptops fixed! ? The old laptop is working like a brand new hardware. Got the other fixed as a second laptop for the office. I get to save money on getting a new setup for work! I was very close to throwing away my laptop which I haven't used for the past two years but only kept because it still had important data which I needed. My desktop was not working, unable to on at all, blue screen crashed and ive gotten Ridhwan to check on my pc. He did a check thoroughly and consult on a few faulty ones that requires replacement.
