Pls don’t buy hob from this Brand. Very bad design using very Low quality materials which will only last a few months. Customer service is non existent.called many times and nobody answered.

Purchased their 2 burner gas hob in 2018, problem started few months later, no spark after ignition, small flame will auto cut off, and now spark non-stop had to remove the battery, so regret buying this brand.

Called on 11th Sep 2021 Sat phone pick up within 10 seconds, technician came over on 13th Sep 2021 Mon to fix my hood. With new filter and repair cost $150. Which consider resonable and fast. Really happy with the service. Service technician Siva done a great job.

It would be great to have the manual published somewhere so we can save money on services. In my case the ignitor failed and there was no clicking sound on any burners. so I just purchased a regular gas lighter for a dollar. On my continued research I found a rectangular slot below the hob that has the 1.5V battery which apparently went dead on end of life. I replaced it and everything was perfect! Had a manual been published for download on the website it would help customers to save money and troubleshoot minor problems.

Very good built in oven. My first bake was a castella cake which turned out brilliant. The heating was balanced throughout and my whole family loved the cake. Better than my previous ovens. Showroom is really pretty too.

The lady who handled our servicing request was very professional and friendly. Mr. Alvin and his female colleague at the showroom were helpful and knowledgable abt Techno products. Great experience visiting Techno Singapore on 2 July 2022. Thank you.

Update to my earlier post ........................................... Techno's service recovery plan was good. The Svc Mgr took a serious view of my review and contacted me. My oven was taken back for a thorough check for 7 dqys and returned today. The thermostat was changed and tested, so was the bulb and the bulb holder which, I understand, was the bugbear. Fortunately these parts were exchanged FOC which otherwise would be payable under their "wear & tear" SOP. The Svc Mgr also extended my warranty for additional 3 months. I am yet to test out the oven. Hopefully it gives me no further problem. With their prompt svc I decided to edit my review. I bought Techno oven as it is locally manufactured and I would like to support our local product. Perhaps Techno could review its SOP to cover all parts under warranty (which is the normal practice for all appliances I have bought) so as to have a leading edge if not, at least be at par with other foreign branded ovens. Summary of old post .................................... Oven bought on 2 Sep 2021 but bulb blew within 2 months. Had to pay for the bulb. The bulb blew again in Feb 2022 causing a trip. Apart from.this, temperature fluctuation was high. Techno warranty does not cover external items such as bulb, bulb holder, doors. Any replacement would be considered as wear and tear item and is payable.

The product is very bad. I bought the cookerhood TCH-939DTC-BK in 28/12/21. Just 3-4 month. the front touching panel came off. They came to bring back to repair. When they bring back, the toch panel without display. The technician say use first, call in the next day. I told him to bring back, i dont accept. I think i have to consider buying the product.
