Sent me a fridge with an obvious and deep dent on the door, did an exchange for me a day later but sent me a spoiled fridge and refused to rectify the problem immediately. Told me to wait for another day and Jane simply hang up the phone after sounding frustrated when I asked for explanation for the wait and to speak to the manager. Utterly disappointed with this company! I won't recommend anyone to buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales service is all right. Techno hotline customer service is very blur and the hotline is hard to call in. Replacement of a faulty part from the appliance will cost abt half the price of the new 1.... More cost effective to buy new one instead. Gives me the opportunity to buy other brands instead.

I bought a Tecno cooker hoop/hob less than 2 years ago but the burner got stucked, gas cannot flow out and caused the glass top to shatter into tiny pieces. Called Tecno to replace, which they replaced new burners but as the technician did not install it properly, the burners are still not functioning. It has been weeks and we are not getting this fixed. If there is a 2nd explosion injuring the old and children in my house, you will be held responsible. Is this the kind of quality and customer service we expect to get from a very well known brand??
