โ โ โ โ โ Very worst customer service from top to bottom. I never ever faced like this. Totally waste. I lost my canditate money. Now a days MoE asking entry permit for entering to Singapore for pursuing. Unfortunately my canditate didn't get yet the approval. I approached the TEG staff for the further process. They ask Canditate to apply herself. Even they tried it's appears like application number Error. Again I approached the staff and CEO also ... Now no one is responding...
