My son moved with Raffles Relocation services. It was his first time experience....and a good one too. Right from the intial quotation to the final delivery was handled with utmost professionalism which can be descrived as par excellence. Their team took special care to wrap everything with care that it built a kind of trust and reliability in us. My son was over the top when all his things reached safely as was promised by Raffles Relocation. I would recommend this company to all expats n locals as my experience with them was amazing. I wish Raffles Relocation company all the best in future. Keep up the good work.

If there were zero stars that would be a better reflection on how horrific our experience has been with Raffles Relocation. We have had a team not show up to pack, lie to us about the pack being completed, delays in the pack out. As it stand our shipment is still in Singapore nearly 2months after the original pack date, it was meant to be shipped after 1 month I have complained high and low in the company, nobody is doing anything to rectify the situation. Stay clear of this company, it will cost you more in the long run by going with them

I want to extend my appreciation to Raffles Relocation crew for my smooth relocation to the US over the summer. The crew was kind and efficient and took care of our belongings. Customer service was prompt with their response and on the whole, it was a fantastic experience.

I have moved over 11 times both domestically and internationally and have lived in 4 countries with the last 3 years in Singapore and moving was always a daunting task. When i contacted Raffles Relocation & Mobility, I knew that like all other times with different movers in different cities and countries this would be a complex task and my wife and kids were prepared for it however I must say that this this move from Singapore to Amsterdam was possibly the easiest and flawless. The customer service team especially Rozie was spot on with my requirements and super efficient. The crew who turned up were great, they were warm and friendly not to mention punctual and caring. We didn't have to do anything, our 40 ft container was loaded and dispatched on time and when the goods arrived, NO DAMAGES were found at all. I had waited for the entire process to be completed before I wrote this review and I must say Raffles Relocation made it a breeze for us. Way to go Raffles Relocation. If we ever move again, We would not use anyone but Raffles Relocation. I give them 5 stars ***** for their professionalism, care and quality.

I used Raffles when relocating from London to Singapore with my family. My experience from the very outset was exemplary. We had signed up for a full service relocation (to include destination services) and at every stage of the process, Raffles not only met our expectations, but far exceeded them. The trepidation that I had prior to the move about our enormous international relocation was transformed into an easy, relaxed and joyful experience by the Raffles team. The packing was impeccable - not a single broken item, customer service was efficient and geared to making the whole process as simple as possible, destination services (accommodation search, long term storage for general household items and temperature controlled specialist storage for our winter wardrobe, helper recruitment, school tours, city orientation etc) made the settling in process in a new country plain sailing. The customer service was exceptional and it was clear that the team is committed to ensuring that the relocation experience for the family is seamless. I recommend Raffles unreservedly and wholeheartedly.
