★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tekka Place is an easy to access location and while it doesn't boast of a lot many stores, you have a Starbucks at the lobby level and a Fairprice in the basement. Although in the midst of Little India, this place isn't super crowded on a typical day and I would think many use it to pick up a quick bite or just cross over from one side to another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tekka Place is a decent mall with hotel on top. Love the Starbucks there and the NTUC at Basement. Not forgetting Guardian pharmacy at basement too. Overall it's a small mall and the food court is at another building at the back. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much shops here but the service at the starbucks is good. Even at closing time, the staff notified us politely that he is doing closing. We promptly left but I cant say much for the other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location in Singapore for fresh market. As a shopper you get to have multiple options with several shops at one place. It is quite cleanly maintained for a big fresh market for this size. It is our go to place for buying mutton and fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for family. I'm staying with 3 year old kid. I feel comfortable since they have provided mini kitchen facility with max required vessels. Little India is nearby hotel like walkable distance so we can buy fruits and veg fresh. Very happy with their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tekka Place is located strategically just outside Little India MRT station. Despite its strategic location the mall does not seem to be buzzing with activity.
Fair Price supermarket is the anchor tenant. You also have Starbucks and the now ubiquitous Ya Kun Kaya.
Otherwise it's pretty quiet & empty and nothing much seems to be happening here. Quite a disappointment considering its location.
I hardly saw any options for dining. Most nearby malls seem to be buzzing with activity with thriving businesses. This mall though is a sad and sorry reflection of what a mall should never be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a new mall even though it has opened for a couple of months. Quite quiet and empty on a Saturday afternoon. It is conveniently situated beside Little India MRT station and Rochor MRT station so very easy to access via public transport. This mall with hotel is also near to the popular Little India so shopping and eating options
