★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this TAJ Employment Agency, Mdm Mumtaj is absolutely rude. We overheard her conversation with our helper and the language (an inappropriate slang in Tamil) she used to describe our mother, a bed ridden patient to the helper is totally unacceptable. This is really disappointing and a disgrace.
When questioned, her reply was she didn't know that some one else was able to hear the conversation she had with the helper. Is Mdm Mumtaj trying to imply that if no one from the employer side is around, she can use any sort of language to describe us?
Plus she didn’t deny that she used the inappropriate term. I am upset cause she used it against our mother who is bedridden and not well. Please think twice before going over to her agency.
I am willing to do any form of clarification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had very bad experience with 2 maid agencies before we approached Ms Mumtaj. Honestly we are very satisfied with their service. They did not wash hands on us when we had issues with the helper they did their best to assist us during our tough times and made sure we got another suitable helper. The fees is also very reasonable. Highly recommended.
