★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy that repairs the phone is very nice but that Chinese lady that sits at the shop’s front does not even fit to be there. Besides saying “the guy is coming tomorrow” she basically can’t say anything else and knows nothing. Best time to come is when the young gentlemen is around. Is he very professional and very very nice. This shop will be totally ruin by her. Sad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service and impolite. Passed the guy ninja parcel for drop off. Based on trust that he would scan and I left. Didn't scan that day. Called up the shop got scolded by Chinese lady that she don't know about the guy but if the parcel pass to her, she would definitely scan on the spot. End up got charged pickup fee. What's the point of going to drop off point like this place and still got charged pickup fee? Might as well pass to the ninjavan together with my other pickup parcels!
