would give zero star if I can. the person made wrong click for venue at reservation and told us nothing they can do. send us home when we reach 5mins before time. bad service and control of business. never patronize, guess they don't care too since now lots of business. try at your own risk

The sound system is good enough. The check-in is smooth. They allow customers to bring food in, which is good. Staff is friendly. Good experience there.

Calls will never go through so don’t bother. We just walked in and there were still rooms available (thankfully, else we would’ve made a wasted trip)? All drinks were $1 each and they had like Dasani Mineral Water in bottles while other drinks like Jasmine Green Tea were in cans The rooms were nice and clean ?? and there was an air purifier so it kinda like gave me a peace of mind Ps would’ve been more fun if they had musical instruments to play with but I’m not complaining ?

It's a great place for family & friends to gather for some singing & chit chatting. Love that it's ok to bring own foods & drinks and no restrictions of head count (as long as the room can accommodate lah) The system is simple, not super fantastic but good enough for us, bathroom singers...lol friendly staff @Jcube ?

Very disappointed in the service. Called many times since last week until today to all 4 outlets just to book a slot in May but either no one pick up the call or the staff hangs up my call. Hope Teoheng has the basic courtesy to answer customers' calls and at least let us know that the bookings are full rather than ignoring us. Understand that it is overwhelming but totally didn't even answer a single call since last week is really too much.

Karaoke finally reopened on 19th April 2022 and I rejoiced by booking a slot early. Was here on 20th April and again today, the 28th. I must say that Teo Heng has EXCELLENT customer service. I like that they send out an sms to remind you that your reservation is coming up and to reply to re-confirm your slot. They also always ask if you have membership so you can keep chalking up your points ^_^ The prices for the small room has more than doubled, but I don't mind at all because we don't really have a lot of karaoke places left that have an updated selection of songs and I want to keep giving them my support so that I'll always have a place to come and sing my fave 90's pop songs and Korean songs as well! You can see from the pics that not all the Korean songs come with romanized lyrics. My friends resolve this by just googling for the romanized lyrics and using those to sing. I was pleasantly surprised to see romanized lyrics for a Japanese song! That was nice. The rooms are very comfortable and I love that they allow outside food and drink. I wanted to buy water from them today but the fridge wasn't stocked and the gentleman at the counter said he would send the bottles to my room. They had run out of water, actually, and he came over to let me know. I had a great time last week, and today, and I intend to come karaoke every week haha!

So thankful that they are still opened~_~ Everything is the same (minus the microphones and addition of a table) so it feels nostalgic. Also, they now have board games! Went on a weekday evening; not much crowd. Price is low, staff is friendly, what more can we ask for?

Been years since my friends and I came to sing K! Their service and everything was fine, but quite a lot of new songs were not updated. Also, our booking was from 1600 - 1900, and at about 1854 when we were preparing for our final song, they ended our K session. Thought that was pretty stingy, provided it's been years since they opened the business, and in Korea, all the karaoke almost always give extra minutes. So maybe it'd be better to not be stingy and bring back customers, instead of ending it early to get more customers on a short term.
