I've been going to Teoh Clinic since I'm in my primary schooling when my family shifted to somewhere nearby his clinic now I'm 39. My whole family visited his clinic too. We find that he is always cheerful and also take his time to explain our sickness. Whenever we need to ask anything he will also explain it clearly to u .. He will also recommend any vaccines available too. There is a time when I go to his clinic and it's closed, I've got no choice but to go to other clinic but I did not get better. So I guess only Teoh clinic's medicine is suitable for me. Teoh clinic quite accessible.

Very proffesional and knowledgeable doctor. Been visiting him for more than 10 years. Even I move out from Toa Payoh to Woodlands last year, but I still make a trip down every month to visit him for my regular medication.

IMPORTANT NOTE : CHECK YOUR MEDICATION EXPIRY DATE First visit here was a decent experience. Chatty doctor and friendly receptionist. Second time around was the same except that I found one of the medication dispensed was going to expire in 2 weeks for something that was supposed to be for 3-4 months usage (it was a nasal spray). Brought the item in question back the next day and doc told me that it's usually a rule of thumb that anything within 6 months from expiry date is usable. He said that it was already the last bottle he had so replaced it with another type. If this was a "rule of thumb" as he claims, it should have been highlighted during the consult for me to decide if I was comfortable with the idea. Nothing mentioned and appears as if he was trying to clear his old stock in the hopes that patients don't read the label. He initially told me that I could keep the old medication if I wanted to try it. Whilst waiting for the receptionist to dispense the new medication, he changes his mind and asks her to take it back from me. Why would that need to be done if there was nothing to hide and it was still "safe" to use? So please, if anyone reading this decides to visit the clinic, CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Update Oct 2019: There's integrity issue at hand. Dispensing medicine close to expiry without notice and then claiming that it's still good for another 6 months beyond expiry is unethical. Medicine must have been kept for years. Doc says can dispense liquid form of Zyrtec, assistant outside says they have pill form only. Last update about 2 years ago. Humble little local clinic. The doctor is not too bad - quite ok -- somewhat chatty but won't reveal a lot of information. The middle-aged receptionist lady is very friendly if you chat up with her. They accept a whole lot of insurance, the stickers are plastered all over the front glass panel. A lot of parking in front of the clinic.

This is my family doc whom my family has been seeing since I was a kid. Overall positive experience over the years. Writing this review to highlight a really disappointing encounter with the current receptionist, however. She can be careless, SO PLEASE CHECK. In May 2021, when I visited the clinic, I checked the bill and asked her if CHAS deduction has been made and she said yes so I left it at that. Today 13 Jul 2021, I had to see the doc again, and asked her the same question about payment TWICE, the second time stating the colour of my CHAS card. Only then did she bother to ask Dr Teoh and when her oversight was uncovered, she finally said oh, it's not automatic and if she doesn't update the system then it's not there. I highlighted to her that her carelessness the previous time had resulted in me forking out extra money and she was really dismissive about that. There was no apology whatsoever even. This is just bad customer service, and it can really hurt people who are low income. I'd still see Dr Teoh if I need to as the bone I have to pick is with his receptionist, not him. Please be extra vigilant during payment.

Theres a notice outside the clinic. They open at 9am, not 8.30 as stated on the internet. They were late today, opened at 9.20++ and there was a queue of 5-6 pax outside waiting, some got inpatient too. They missed out my one day mc and i had to take a 2-hr time off from work and was rushing back to work after getting the additional mc. If i dont get back in 2 hours, it will be considered as half day leave. Wonder how can a clinic open late
