★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously…. When the clinic has only 1-3 people and yet the Dispensary for Medicine is taking so bloody slow. People here are currently waiting to take the medicine and go home to rest. But waiting for a few pills can take up to 20 minutes??? Come on la there’s only 3 people in your clinic leh? you need 20 + minutes to jusr giv out a few medicine?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother went to consult the doctor in this clinic as she had oil splashed on her eye while doctor. The first question the doctor asked her to was ‘are you married’ and several personal question irrelevant to her injury. The doctor was unprofessional and concluded the injury was caused by sensitive eyes even though it was clearly red due to the oil splash. Waste of time visiting this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mum went for a visit as she had oil splashed onto her eyes. Male doctor asked inappropriate and unrelated questions: “are you married”, “do you have kids”. Mum explained the oil splash and doctor answered “oh your eyes allergic is it?”, despite her repeating that it was an accidental oil splash and not allergy. Doctor if you don’t know how to handle oil splash is okay. The least you can do is listen properly and refer her somewhere else.
