Authentic value for money Thai boat noodles. Steam cockles were pretty big but it was cold when served, could have been cooked earlier n not on the spot. New visit: Thai raw prawns were fantastic, crab omelette was average to me but I see most table ordered this. Third visit: this time raw prawns different chef not as nice

We were there right after Aiken's first video. ☺️ Arrived at 12pm+ on the Saturday, and got a table immediately as a couple was just leaving. Ordered: 1 small beef noodles ???? 1 large pork noodles ??? 1 omelette crab bomb ???? 1 mooping set ???? 1 red syrup not-too-sweet drink ??? 1 Iced Thai milk tea ???? Added 1 Thai iced coffee ????? Added 1 small pork noodles ??? Noodles soup broth tasted like sweet Bak kut the. Not too bad tho I prefer savoury soup base. The beef noodles broth is slightly less sweet. You could add vinegar to counter the sweet taste. The chillies that came with the omelette crab bomb was the REAL bomb! Love Love Love the sour spicy chillies. Would visit again if nearby. After Tha Chang noodles, we bought mango snacks at other stalls and went to the supermarket upstairs to get sweet potato and yam balls ($5 mixed pack) and Thai instant noodles cup for supper. It almost felt like we were in Thailand for vacation. ?

Very flavorful boat noodle, highly recommended. Signature 'spicy' noodle is very spicy, recommend the normal one and self add roasted chili flakes. $$, 30-35% more compared to other shops.

Nice little joint at Golden Mile Complex that served very good boat noodles. The dry Tom Yum noodles were equally good - tangy and spicy at the same time. The crab bomb was decent and can taste the chunks of crab meat in it. Staff was friendly and helpful too!

Absolutely love the boat noodles and crab bomb omelette here my goodness. Went back two days in a row because I couldn't stop thinking about it. Hope they get a bigger space tho as it's small outlet and queues tend to form. Also the menu prices for certain things ought to be clearer, hope they can work on that

We had the omelet crab bomb wow! Pork satay, and two bowls of noodles. One beef and one pork. Very very enjoyable. Decor is lovely. Staff is also very welcoming. Will come back and try other dishes. Secret is in the soup broth which is heavenly.

Omelette Crab Bomb + Boiled Cockles + Special Pork Boat Noodles. Having missed the opportunity to go to Jay Fai during short visit to Bangkok en route to Bhutan before the end of 2019. This restaurant in Golden Mile offers those curious on a rendition of the famous crab omelette. The restaurant also serves the ever popular boiled cockles and boat noodles.

Have this craving for marinated raw crab lately. I’ve decided on Thai style after comparing with Teochew and Korean style, because it is much cheaper and there is no need for advance booking! This plate of marinated blue crab and prawn from Tha Chang Noodle cost $24, and there are other varieties like cockles, with similar pricing. The prawns and crab are super fresh and gooey, it’s like you could almost taste the ocean with each bite. There is also a subtle sweet taste to it. There are various other seafood on the menu worth trying and their Omelette Crab Bomb is very famous too!
