★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quiet condominium with three buildings (Blk 21, 23, 25) set off Sommerville Road in Braddel Heights Estate. Green, leafy and extremely peaceful - quite a rare environment for Singapore. Yet very close to Nex Mall (13 minutes walk) and to Serangoon and Woodleigh MRT. Approximately 65 units with a good mix of expats and Singaporeans. Car is kind of a necessity but again this is subjective - several residents in the larger neighbourhood have skate scooters. Lots of great eating places nearby including within the estate (Wimbly Lu and Siam Society).

about 15 to 20 minutes by foot to get there.
