★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful ? project. Love the white colonial style - setup a chandelier and make like a French little palace. Walk across the road has coffeeshop , minimart and zichar. Not far from Nex mall and next to preschool - convenient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condo built in Parisian style. Gym is too small. Has only two treadmills. Gyming on a sunday is a nightmare. Rooftop jacuzzi does not work. Its just a mini pool as of now. The actual swimming pool on the first floor is the condos best feature. Lap pool that has beautiful views. Kids have their own seperate pool. Noise pollution day and night from highway traffic, highly recommended to change sliding doors. Very inconvenient location. Not much eateries or grocery shopping to be done. Without a car it is almost impossible to live here. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully designed project. Small plot of land with slightly over 100 households means that there is less crowds as compared to larger project. Internal is well-thought and does not give a claustrophobic feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constant road noise pollution due to high speed car moving near to condo. Inconvenient location, the locality is considered middle class due to landed and private enclave nearby. Went for a house viewing, took some photos of swimming pool but was told by a rude resident that we’re not allowed to be in the estate due to private property. There’s eerie feeling at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love the condo including the design, structure, facility and management are good too. The only problem is the side facing bartley freeway will suffer constant noise day and night, cannot sleep without ear block please avoid that side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and Well maintained. Units facing the road side is very noisy and dusty. Entrance is small and navigating to the car park needs to be ultra careful, else you risk your car meeting the wall and kerb.
