★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made a wrong delivery on saturday morning, the cookie flavour was sent incorrectly. I called their office and a staff said she'll ask the driver to return on that day itself with the correct flavour. But the driver did not come back at all. I have also emailed to them regarding this issue. Till now, Monday afternoon, nobody call or respond at all to my email, not even an acknowledgement of my feedback.
I am disappointed with their delivery and customer service, it's such a pity as I quite like their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Thursday, I went to the Frankel outlet at 6.15pm and was told I could not order 3 sets of sanwiches because kitchen is closed. The next day Fri, I called up to order again at 6pm and I was told kitchen closed at 5.30pm. Just not interested in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have eaten that gula melaka cake many times from your store. It’s no longer carried in store so we ordered online. It tasted strange, overly sour and the coconut at the side does not taste fresh. We threw it away and sent you a picture of the cake in the bin… your after sale service is disappointing.. insisting that to take back the cake but it’s already in the rubbish bin… It’s not about the money, It’s about customer service and experience, about listening and trying to address our concerns.. perhaps it’s delivery process, or storage or perhaps cake was not fresh in the first place, we don’t know.. anyway this is the last time we are going to order from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the Cedele cookies are delicious, the online delivery experience was highly disappointing. Items out of stock after payment made. After order was amended, they claimed they are unable to send an updated invoice. In the end, order that arrived was wrong. I had to pay for items I did not even want. Tried calling all their numbers but no answer. Email to them was totally ignored. It's been weeks and I don't think they are going to bother to reply.
(Previously I had ordered for self-collection and it was fine. I think this is the safer option if you don't want to end up with a bad experience.)
