โ โ โ โ โ Awesome place to build lean muscle, increase your endurance and stamina. And also one of the few studios which incorporates a treadmill segment with their workout. Very good for beginner or people who just want to get started..highly recommended and the trainers are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Lastly it is conveniently located if you work in CBD, has a direct bus from prudential tower, about a 10-15min journey and quite a few eateries around for after class dinner or lunch

โ โ โ โ โ Very well trained, professional coach (Chen Lu) who goes around to explain, demonstrate and guide students. Please give them a try! If they have a water cooler , it will be excellent ?. But nonetheless , thanks for the great workout
