โ โ โ โ โ I was in town for work for a week. My nearby hotel had the usual hotel gym so I got in touch with this place. Signing up was easy, just a visit during office hours and I received a 24/7 key.
The gym is medium-sized but packed with everything you need - machines and free weights up 120lb + . Clean, and the air con works. I was there daily from 5:30-7:00 and it was quiet.

โ โ โ โ โ Well-equipped and maintained gym with friendly staff and knowledgeable trainers. The gym is clean and amenities are well stocked, even the vending machine in case you need a drink or an energy bar!
Had the pleasure of training under Faris for about 2 years; with his ample knowledge and guidance on not just lifting techniques, but also to develop the mindset to never give up and to push on on those failure sets. He also advises on those much needed rest days and diet as well according to your goals. As long as you heed his advice your goals will be realised.

โ โ โ โ โ well equipped gym. friendly staff. accessible location. if u need help in your fitness journey, be sure to engage Faris. He is very knowledgeable in this field - body building, weight lost, strength etc. Reasonable rate also and most important he produce results. Definitely 5 stars trainer !!

โ โ โ โ โ Well equipped, well maintained gym. Easily accessible and staff are friendly. Great variety of equipment and they ensure it is well taken care of.
Made the decision to switch from one of the commercial gyms and have not regretted it since.
Have received guidance from Faris over the past year and have made pretty good progress. Look for him if you want advice on fitness or bodybuilding!

โ โ โ โ โ Applied for a free trial since I am going to work in Singapore. Talked with the employee on WhatsApp, the person told me that i could apply the trial with no payment or paperwork. Unfortunately came to the gym and entry was refused, I had to pay 25 dollar. The problem is here not the 25 dollar but that the manager refused entry and said that the person on WhatsApp does not understand itโฆ try to work on your communication so I can prevent time waste.

โ โ โ โ โ Formed by some of the ex-California Fitness master trainers . Love the heavy rack of weights and the family vibe of everyone here. I have benefited in terms of great coaching advice from many of the members and trainers who are always on hand to correct form and techniques. This gym beats the chi chi gyms hands down.
