The Beauty Bar

I went over last Sunday , made a booking before heading down. When i reached, i was greeted by a tall Chinese lady and Joey. The tall lady was very unpleasant! She saw me and was yelling 'scan scan scan here!!'.. in a room with no customers at all, it is 'yelling'. I composed myself and told what services i wanted. When i sat, she asked me to choose my color also in a very rude tone. I still did not say anything. Then when i was choosing my color, she removed a set and when i asked her why she said 'this one extra charge' .. like what?!?!!?!?!! And Joey wanted to remove my gelish nail polish on my toe but was repeating the price again and again .. with a tone like i couldnt afford it. Then the lady doing my mani, she applied 4-5 layers of nail polish as she said the color was very light. The color i chose was tiffany blue. After applying, when i checked i saw bumps on my nails, and it was the WORST mani i've ever done in my life!!! I TOTALLY REGRET GOING TO THIS PLACE! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR ATTITUDE FROM THAT 1 STAFF! Joey was nice enough to help me fix the UGLY nails. And really appreciate that. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Its not even 3days and my nails are already chipping off!!!!
