Family was prepared to have a late dinner, but waited the whole day and received a whatsapp text only at 855pm that orders will not be fulfilled. Not responsive to any calls and texts.

When we received our tots and asked the server.. any chilli sauce. She said the run out of chilli sauce!!!! That’s ridiculous... i mean u guy selling burgers fries... at least tobasco sauce... but you guy have none. And your server sent us wrong burgers. Seem she herself don’t know which burger..!!! Me can and friends figured it out ourselves......
It’s my first here. As i was recommended by my friend that he been here for second time.. So disappointed.

You guys have nice food that I can't deny.
Me & my friends where their 1st time felt disappointed cause you guys don't have any chili sauce or flakes.
Another thing, you guys charge for ice water? I find it so ridiculous, cause is just water from a tape & you make it chill.
I hope the next time when I come you again guys have more chili sauce, we Singaporean like to eat spicy food.
I'll be back again to eat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery from them on 1 Aug 5.32 pm. Got a call from the restaurant at 7.42 to say the order was delayed because the shop said the first rider got into and accident they will be assigning another rider.
Second rider assigned cancelled the order on us. Food was further delayed.
Got a call from the restaurant at 8.12 to apologise and say they will deliver in 15 min.
Its now 8.50 pm no food is in sight yet. First and only time we will order from such a messed up company ever again.
**Update on the order**
Food was delivered at 8.52 pm. Pasta was rock hard and turned into a cake. Threw it away and cook instant noodle instead.
And to my amazement, someone wrote to me today offering a return voucher of $15. Omg, like I would ever order from you guys again!
