Same day flower deliveries at a reasonable price!! I wanted to surprise my wife with a design for the day before, and the Bloom Box went to great lengths to get us fresh flowers, with the previous day's designs. Well done!!

Great experiences so far. Delivery was done in stipulated time frame. Flowers were fresh and some even continued to bloom over the next few days! Flower arrangement was nice. Easy to order from them and at an affordable price ? Would order from them again! Wanna try their DIY kit next.

The box of the day looks enticing and pretty everyday! Super easy to navigate on website and check out was a breeze. Though my enquiries were sent via email after office hours, I received replies in less than an hour. Amazingly efficient and friendly customer support. The icing on the cake was they actually sent an email to notify me that the delivery was fulfilled with details of timing included. Very impressed! Excellent job, The Bloom Box!

First time using Bloom Box to deliver for my wife's birthday. As it was Mother's Day period, they charged a bit more at $38 which is reasonable. Unfortunately, the flowers were disappointing as they were not fresh and one of the roses petals were turning brown and the rest were not great either. Nice arrangement and delivery but poor quality.

Something went wrong for my 21st bloom box purchased today due to mishandling of the box during delivery. It was a shock to me because I never had any disappointment for my past 20 boxes since my first purchase in 2018. In fact, I have trusted Bloom Box so much that I gave up sourcing for alternatives over the years. Panicky when I found out about the condition of the box at 4pm when I reached home, I tried contacting the BB team. Managed to reach them via IG and they could empathise with me as this box is for a grandma who is hospitalised and her birthday is tomorrow. I'm impressed by how promptly and assuring BB team troubleshooted with a satisfying product recovery. They made a trip back to office and to my place to rearrange the flowers in the original box and to send a complimentary new box too. What touches me is their high level of commitment and their spirit of ensuring the best for their brand. Thank you for reaffirming my belief and choice since 2018. Looking forward to more bloom boxes purchased! Highly recommended for people who are looking for sincere and grounded sellers beyond the beautiful bloom boxes they offer!
