They'll listen attentively to our skin issue and recommend appropriate products. ?
Not forgetting they have such good loyalty programme! I got $10 off from the accumulated points of my past purchases and new samples for their members ?
Love also their save the earth initiative. I was rewarded with a lip balm for the 5 used bodyshop bottles I brought back to the store. ?
