Been to this clinic 3 times in past 2 years. First encounter was with a locum and he was bored but alright. Subsequent visits I was attended by Dr Yee. He is compassionate, gentle and careful. I'm glad to have found a good GP near my home. The staff at first visit in appalled me. But I chose to disregard their bad attitude. At the third visit on 21/09/20 the clinic had different staff. Smiling and attentive. Much improved! Patients already not feeling well appreciate some empathy and kindness.

Dr Yee is very experienced and friendly. Am glad to have found such a good doctor for myself. The staffs were helpful and helped me to claim my insurance as well. they seemed to be rather young but displayed professionalism when dealing with difficult customers. Coming from the service industry as well, I understand some difficult customers are hard to please and always want to find trouble. Although it may seem rude to the customer they are dealing with, it is inevitable for them to stay firm and control the situation in the clinic. However, staffs may need some training to be better at handle the situation. I think it's important to note that most of the time good reviews never get into the internet but bad reviews are always everywhere. But this is Singapore.

Great customer service team compared to other branches (Yishun Blk 101 & Punggol). Staffs are very pleasant to talk to and I get to see the doctor at my appointment slot without having to wait for long nor do I have to follow the queue.

Brought my two helpers for Covid-19 Serology testing on 20/01/2022. Cindy and her partner from the front desk ensured that the whole process was smooth and efficient. Dr Yee was very professional and clear in his explanation.

reception staff are professional and friendly but the doctor seemed uninterested during the consultation and gave simple one to two worded answers (even shrugged in response to one of my question). genuinely confused by where the great reviews came from- maybe the doctor had a really hard/stressed out day, but nah, 2.5-3/5 stars it is.

The front desk service must improve, always called they never pick up the Phone. And also we ask for injection before we go , once we there the staff told us no stock for a month, ridiculous

This has been my family clinic for years, Dr Yee is nice - patient, gentle and assuring. However, they ought to change OUT the middle age auntie (there's only one) who's unethical, poor attitude and total lack of professionalism. I went down for pre employment check up earlier and had to wait for two hours before I get to see Dr Yee. I asked Dr Yee "can I finally eat something?" He looked up and responded "actually there's no need to fast." I still remember the conversation with the auntie when I called to check if fasting is required just two days back. She said if there's blood test I'll need to fast, and to come between 9-10am. So when I came out of the consultation room and casually informed the nurses "Dr says no need to fast I'm so hungry!" What happened next is totally uncalled for. And appalling. The aunt immediately got on to the defense and said "there are many different type of pre employment check up some need to fast some no need did you bring down the paper to show us!?" I said no but I called on 22 Feb to ask and you only asked if there's blood test. She got agitated and kept on grumbling loudly to the other two nurses boosting her "knowledge" of the "many different pre employment check up". I said "it's ok", shaked my head (just want to get on with the day) and guessed what she retorted with? "How do u know it's me (that you spoke with)?!" This was the last straw otherwise I wouldn't bother to write this will just brushed off her ignorance. She just made a fool of herself to react this way (trying) to cover up. Really no standards. I left the clinic telling her "you're very unprofessional" with a clinic full of awaiting patients who can witness the incident.

the front desk is very rude.. I came to see doctor with a infant with me.. the front desk told me to come in later and refuse to register me at 1105am.. consultations hours for the clinic is 9am - 1.pm.. at 1130am the staff close the clinic and ask to come in at 2pm.. if that is a problem, change the consultations hours no one come n get disappointed or even wait till 2pm... very very poor service and bad customer service.. people are sick and we go the nearest clinic and this kind service we get. we are seeing doctor for free. we are paying a amount but dont treat patients like this.
