★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its mentioned as closing at 10pm. But they have closed it at 9.50pm and said they need to prepare for closing at 10pm. Very disappointed. I'm a bodyshop customer for long years. I don't like the way they behave to me in this outlet. They didn't even say sorry for their early closing without notice.

We love body shop , no doubt but with a terrible, RUDE customer service we will never want to spoil our reputation and mood especially while the whole world require empathy and still keep buying stuff.
Body shop , city square mall... we never going to come here!!

The store has frequent sales and discounts, making it a must visit if you're looking for a quick gift for someone!
